GLCC is returning to the Birch Run Expo Center in Birch Run with the GLCC ROCK IT OUT TOUR.  Nothing is off limits at this Wild Crazy Fun event where your athletes and even their spectators will be treated like Rock Stars!  GLCC is known for producing interactive events that include everyone in the action.   From the time you enter the parking lot until you time you leave the venue we plan to make this a Rock Star experience that your athletes and spectators will talk about all season long.

About the experience
Upon arriving at the venue, coaches will stop and meet their agent who will assist them with back stage passes, final paperwork and answer all questions. At that time we will provide coaches the most updated schedule (Playlist), for the day. About 35-40 minutes before your performance you will meet your athletes in the spacious rehearsal area. To make sure your performance ROCKS we will include a full size practice floor, spring tumble strip, and stretch mats along with a professional audio system to play your music, water stations, and an EMT just in case!  Your athletes will then move to the performance area which will feature a huge LED screen and concert style set up fitting of a rock star. Your spectators will be invited to stand in the “Groupie” area to give them a front row type experience so they can cheer on their favorite act. When the performance is done they will be whisked to a viewing area to see an encore recording of their routine. Finally, as they leave the viewing area, they will head toward the “Step and Repeat” where under bright lights and cameras they can meet their fans, pose, and celebrate their amazing performance!

The fun does not stop with the performance however!
GLCC absolutely frowns upon dead time at our events! While we are tabulating scores or waiting for the next act, our emcee and staff may grab you from the stands to have you lead teams dancing in the isles, handing out awards, participating in our Cheer Idol contest, throwing out 100’s of gifts to crowd, or singing karaoke for prizes.

At this event we are also letting the spectators decide who they think will win in select divisions! That’s right YOU READ THIS CORRECTLY; each person in the venue will get a chance to decide who they think should win by voting via text messaging! GLCC has developed a proprietary system to allow each person to vote/score the divisions as they happen. This means that you can not only win national champion titles selected by our judges but also from the spectators that watched the event live.

Since this event is themed Rock It Out we want every athlete, spectator and coach dressed up in their favorite Rock style! If you are an 80’s chick then we want to see your favorite Madonna look or if you are a 70’s dude then bring your best Led Zeppelin wear. Whatever you decide, we will be giving the gym/school/studio with the best sportsmanship and spirit the coolest acrylic guitar to show off for Rock’N the crowd! Awards that ROCK! GLCC wants you to show the world how you rock and nothing is more fitting for a rocker like showing off your own Platinum, Gold, or Silver record. Every team at this event will receive a shinny 12 inch record for their placement award that can proudly be displayed on their wall of success. Additionally, the athletes of each winning teams or specialty division will receive a pass to the Rocked It Out store that allows them to shop and purchase from a wide range of shirts, jackets and other Rock’N gear exclusively designed for champions. But there is more!! Every athlete receives a medal   Personal videotaping and photography is allowed!   Judges Choice Awards   WILD-CRAZY-FUN ALWAYS!!!!
